Account & Data Deletion Policy

How to delete your account

1. Open the MoneyMate app
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Under the Account section, tap Delete Account & Data
4. Read the confirmation message and tap Delete

Your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period.

What data is deleted

• Your account and login credentials (email, password)
• All bank accounts you added
• All transactions and financial history
• All scanned receipts and OCR data
• All custom categories
• Any Monobank integration tokens

Data retention

No personal data is retained after deletion. All data is permanently and immediately removed from our servers upon request. We do not keep backups of individual user data after account deletion.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the MoneyMate app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at bohdanhashchuk@ukma.edu.ua. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
